The local and the company I work for are in negotiations now. Tensions are high beyond the work that is being done day to day on our Stages. One thing to point out is managing the environment around all of this; for the non-leaders (regular union employees, and other staff). Reminding leaders and upper management; in the event of this important time and the stresses everyone is under. A positive work environment is important in accomplishing our day to day business.
